Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our helium balloons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or mistake on our part. Please carefully review our policy below:

 

Defective or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect order, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your balloons.
  • To process your claim, please provide clear photos of the issue and email them to wanderlusteventsuk@gmail.com along with your order details.

 

Resolution Options

  • If your claim is approved, we offer a replacement or store credit—refunds are not available at this time.


Exclusions

We do not offer replacements or store credit for balloons that:

  • Were damaged due to improper handling after delivery (e.g., exposure to heat, sharp objects, or rough handling).
  • Have naturally deflated over time, as helium balloons have a limited lifespan.
